Rank:: B [h2]Personal Information[/h2] Personality:: Kitala Lusamina is a hot-headed, temperamental girl with a lot of anger inside her. This has resulted in the terribly short temper she displays so frequently. Reckless and impulsive, Kitala is willing to throw herself in harm's way just to get the job done. She also has a tendency to bite off more than she can chew, which has gotten her into some nasty scrapes on more than one occasion. Kitala is also extremely independent, and is often too prideful to ask for help with...well, anything. Despite this, she is very protective of the guildmates that have become like family to her. And as family is her first priority, Kitala would gladly jeopardize her own safety to protect one of her fellow guild members. This isn't always obvious, though, as Kitala also has a penchant for picking fights with the members of Golem's Hand. In fact, she's willing to throw down with anyone who so much as steals food off her plate. This can make her seem intimidating, and as such she has a hard time making friends. Beneath the tough attitude she puts on, Kitala is much more emotional and sensitive. Should innocent bystanders-[i]especially[/i] families-be in danger, she will protect them with all she has. Surprisingly, collateral damage often scares her more than any foe she may be facing. There's a reason for this, but she rarely speaks of it (see history). History:: Kitala grew up in Luna Crescente as the only child of two loving parents, Aela and Carver Lusamina. Her upbringing was relatively normal, though her mother was frequently absent due to her occupation as a mage. Her father ran the shop they lived above. Being the daughter of a fairly well-respected mage, Kitala knew she wanted to join a guild from a very young age. With her mother starting her training early, Kitala grew to be very adept with magic. Along with magic, though, Kitala also inherited a snarky, hot-headed disposition from her mother. Her more mild-mannered father became an anchor to them both. This changed drastically, however, when Luna Crescente was attacked by a dark guild not too long ago. While her mother jumped into the fray without hesitation, Kitala and her father fled from their home as fast as they could. But as a result of the fighting, Kitala's mother was trapped inside their home. When a stray spell from the battle caused the structure to collapse, Aela was killed. While she never found out who it was that caused their home to collapse, Kitala held both the dark guild and Harpy's Wing responsible. Harpy's Wing certainly aren't murderers, but...shouldn't the residents of Luna Crescente have been their first priority? As such, when Golem's Hand was formed, Kitala gladly joined when she was 15. This way, she could protect Luna Crescente the way she thought was the [i]right[/i] way: protecting the civilians above all else. As for Carver, her father, though...he didn't come out of the situation well. Carver retreated into himself, rarely speaking to anyone. After they moved into a new home, Kitala hired a nurse to take care of him during the day while she worked. While this is a heavy burden for her to bear, she never shows it, and gladly provides for her father. By manipulating sound waves, she can amplify her abilities in battle. Sound Palm:: By touching her opponent, Kitala can transmit a high-pressure wave of sound into their body, sending them flying away from her. Sound Shield:: By manipulating the sound waves around her, Kitala can create a "shield" of sorts directly in front of her. This can be used to block an enemy's physical attacks, or redirect a long-ranged attack. Sound Body:: Kitala wraps her entire body in sound waves. This allows her to move faster and hit harder by using the sound waves to increase the momentum of her movements. Her main combat spell. Echoing Thunder:: An attack that takes a lot of energy to cast. If Kitala manages to touch her enemy's head with her hands, she can cast Echoing Thunder to force sound waves directly through her opponent's head. This can cause devastating headaches or even migraines to her foe. Reverberating Bass:: Less of an attack and more of an ability. Kitala generates an extremely low bass sound, which she can use to pull off stunts such as long-distance communication and even [url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cSX9eR8Mles&feature=youtu.be&t=38]putting out fires.[/url] Earthquake:: Kitala uses her feet rather than her hands with this spell. By dealing a harsh kick to a foe, Kitala can force sound waves through their body, greatly increasing the damage dealt to the point of dislocating (in rare cases, even breaking) limbs. Sound Levitation:: For a short duration of time, Kitala can make herself levitate with the use of sound waves. She can use this to jump short heights or reach an enemy in the air. She can only maintain this for 30 seconds, though, and she cannot make other living things levitate (though she may develop a much shorter version of this spell later).
