No they're still in Overwatch. They're just members not advisors. Advisors over see their recruits. Zarya and Symmetra are just regular members that help out when called for.

Yeah, yeah, I know that, but I'm curious as to [i]why[/i] some of them are joining up with Overwatch as a whole.
