After a moment of calm within his realm, Knutik's green eyes examined the events before him as he observed the knight [@Drai] from before using light to heal a severely injured patron [@gohKamikaze]. He was hanging from a darkened corner of the tavern, attached by the torso like black spider webs, arms dangling without care. Hidden from sight with the exception of his eyes and a dim green outline of his toothy mouth, he perked up as he heard an odd noise coming from the table just below him. He used his black magic to see the life force hidden beneath it. He could see the red glow of a panicked heart, a small creature? [@Song Book] Knutik switched his attention to the tavern door as a rather wide, burly but short looking man [@Vashonn] entered through the main door. He watched as the man waddled over to the bar and took a seat. A shuffle was heard beneath that table again and finally what looked like a small child with fur emerged from underneath, he soon noticed that it was a coat and not actually a child at all but a young looking lady. She seemed to take an interest towards that wolf-man [@Dark Light] as she began crawling in his direction. Knutik was only just beginning to get used to all these strange people so he didn't find it too odd when he saw a rather fancy looking fat man ask for a drink of water [@Eviledd1984]. That waitress [@Alisdragon911] must find all the demands annoying, Knutik would've been infuriated by just the first one. A couple of more people came over to help the injured man but the shade felt himself lost in a feeling of deja vuu. He was supposed to remember something he was sure of it. Something from earlier... what was it? The feeling was grating at him. He recalled that man from the balcony earlier, then the stairs. 'Stairs. Something upstairs?' he wasn't sure what was upstairs that felt so important, but he had to find out. He melted into the wall and disappeared. [Second Floor Hallway] He emerged out from the floor of the hallway he was in before with that 'dangerous lady' [@ineffable]. He returned to the spot where they had their discussion, just outside the foreboding door. He looked around spinning in a circle trying to see anything that might jog his memory. Just a hallway and a bunch of numbered doors. He picked a random door and found it to be locked. He phased through only to find a bed with a dresser and other fancy furniture. Just a simple room for patrons. He began searching through the drawers of the room, thinking perhaps there was something here.
