As for Earth-Thanagarian Alliance it was an alliance created in the year 4678 or thereabouts it was created as a deterrent to both the Earth's and Thanagar's enemies who were growing bolder and with the Green Lantern Corps devastated from the Corps War it lacked the clout and manpower to be effective at anything than dealing with small time stuff. It worked for about two hundred years but eventually like all alliances it fell apart, the whys and hows are not exactly known. Thanagar claims Earth attacked first, Earth claims Thanagar attacked first. What I do know by the end of the war Thanagar and Earth were both nearly destroyed and within ten years Earth was conquered in a day by an alien that not even Green Lantern Corps knew about and they claim to know every alien species. Thanagar according to the records I hacked was outright destroyed when they proved to much of a pain in the ass. There wasn't even enough left to make a decent sized asteroid."
