On to the actual analysis then. I like her, could make some epic battle with Medb and probably have an edge against her.

Her Hoc Est Bellum should be an active ability or a NP since she could cause a LOT of trouble if she walked into a place suitable for the Grail to materialize or the region's leyline keystone. Even if Gil doesn't care about being a Ruler, he'd probably have to take measures against her if she destroyed these leylines. Or at least make them recover naturally after a while.

I think Surus should be nerfed. I looked up what exactly the Age of the Gods was and it ended on 660 BC while Hannibal was born on 247 BC. Unless the elephant lasted for hundreds of years, he couldn't have come from the Age of the Gods. I would guess both her NPs also drain quite a lot of magical energy too, so add a time limit to them.

Lastly, this is just a question, since she's a lot like Iskandar, would you say she's also Neutral Good?
