Besides the writers listed, who is PLANNING on being in Mission One?

I need to know this because if the entire game is going to be a part of Mission One, then there is no need for me to write another IC post (at this time) for the Setting of Baylor and The Syndicate. If there are players planning to sit out on the mission and would rather sandbox, then I need to know.
