His staff, Magnus, was the watch, magically transformed when needed, by simply pressing a quick button. He could twist his hand quickly, snatching the staff, and using what fighting skills he had learned here so far to sweep out with an attack, which would, hopefully give him time to ready one of his abilities, the staff helping him to focus his strength, and direct his powers. Unlike Syleste, Connor often had to work for his demi-god abilities. His concentration, so great at othertimes, didn't seem to be enough when trying to use his powers. He didn't take this in any wrong way, he knew it was just something he needed to figure out for himself. Slinging the pack he had packed over a shoulder, he touched the Denars, making sure they were secure and wouldn't fall out, so he could keep his promise to Syleste to call everyday. After making sure, Connor started on his way, avoiding, for the moment, the meeting place, intending to seek out Syleste to say goodbye, not wanting to leave her without doing so. Seeking her in the stands where he had left her, he saw that most of their friends were gone. What else he saw was enough to give him pause. His sister was clutching Michael, who in turn had his arms around Syleste. it was like a punch to the stomach, taking his breath away. oh, gods. Now I have to worry about boys, too? Just what was going on between them? Approaching, Prince looked up at him, and happily barked, climbing off the big dog he was using, it seemed, as a mattress, Moe taking it easily, and ran up to him, leaping at his shins, Connor scooped the forever pup up, and scratched behind his ears, as he cleared his throat. "Syl? Uh...I don't mean to interrupt-" Jeez, he felt like he was the one caught with a girl. Rubbing the back of his neck, leaving his face open to be licked by Prince, Connor gave a soft sigh, glancing to Michael who now seemed the be close to a sunburn-red in colour, he looked back to his sister-oh, hell, they were practically one person the way Syleste was clutching Michael. "I wanted to say goodbye..."

Michael

Interacting With: Syleste, [@Vicier]

Michael was disheartened when Syleste loosened her grip, but then he felt as if his heart soared as she tightened her grip again, pressing in quite close to him. For a moment, Michael had been worried that he had just pushed her further into the Hunters grasp, and he had been at a complete loss for what to do. He knew that ultimtely if Syleste wanted to join the hunters, he wouldn't stop her, but he had to at least have a chance...he'd never forgive himself if he didn't take it. He went to say something, concentrating onn forming the words so he wouldn't stutter so much, but before he got much out, he was interupted, "G-Good. I c-can talk to Chi-" The small dogs barking-and who knew such a little dog could bark so loudly?-interrupted him, and Michael glad about to see what had captured the small dogs attention, seeing Connor, Michael very nearly wished he was anywhere else. Feeling his cheeks heat up, he looked back to Syleste, swallowing a little nervously, as Connor approached. He wasn't going to apologise for the way he was sure they must look. He just wasn't. "Oh. R-r-r-r-right..." reluctantly, Michael let go of Syleste, so she would be free to hug her brother, or whatever-to say goodbye.
