Sure, vamps can work with humans, but they will still be stuck with their usual stuff and not get Anarchist stuff for themselves. Anarchist are playing it smart, as to not end up in the 'meatbag or mook' territory. Not to mention, it has been mostly [i]humans[/i] who have dwindled their numbers down.
