Name:
Jason Roy
Alias:
Media has taken to labeling him 'Havoc'.
Charge:
Armed robbery, manslaughter, vandalism.
Age:
24
Sex:
Male
Description:
Jason is a tall, young American male, standing roughly at the height of 6'1". With fair, light skin, shaggy, dark brown hair, and bright hazel eyes, he could be considered ruggedly handsome by the fairer sex - not something you'd honestly expect from such a criminal. His physique is lean, yet fairly muscular, lacking most of his body fat - a side-effect of his...extranormal abilities. Laidback, yet relatively crude and dark-humored, Jason seemingly has no remorse for the lives he has taken in his heists. However, underneath the rough exterior - the cold eyes, the grins, the smirks - there's a heart with morals, believe it or not. Just buried beneath a shit ton of scar tissue.
Skills:
Jason may not have formal, military-grade training, but as a street child that was quickly taken under the wings of a dangerous gang, he is a very dangerous combatant. His streetfighting is brutal, straight to the point, and unrefined - made endlessly dangerous due to the nature of his abilities. He also has a pretty good aim, and knows his way around a lot of weapons. Thought he isn't book smart, Jason is quite the quick-thinking young man, able to improvise and come up with smart, yet risky plans on the spot, combined a naturally sharp brain despite dropping out of school. Believe it or not, he actually likes reading if it's on something that he finds interesting.
Extranormal Abilities:
Kinetic Energy Manipulation - To keep things simple and blunt, Jason's body holds a large pool of Kinetic Energy. With it, he is able to charge the molecules in objects, causing said molecules to speed up and explode/combust, with the time of explosion ranging from nearly instant, to a few minutes. Similarly, he can charge his own body with Kinetic Energy, significantly increasing his physical speed and strength to various, explosive, degrees. Naturally, due to the nature of his powers, Jason can absorb Kinetic Energy from physical objects that are in motion, no matter the speed and strength of said approaching object. However, if he absorbs too much Kinetic Energy at once, without releasing the excess, it's very likely that Jason can experience inner ruptures and, worst case scenario, self-combustion.
Suggested Containment Procedures:
As Jason cannot absorb other kinds of Energy, simply keeping an electric collar or bracelet on him will be efficient. His pain threshold is naturally high, so high dosages of electricity is recommended. You can also keep shock batons and tasers on hand.
Confiscated Material:
A small, frayed picture of a girl, around her late teens. She has red hair and blue eyes, and appears to hate the camera in her face. There was also a small, black pouch of metal marbles.
Transferred From:
Manhattan, New York
General History:
Jason hadn't been dealt a good hand in life. The son of a single alcoholic mom, he suffered silently in his home before he gained the courage to run away, at the age of ten. The rough parts of Manhattan wasn't the best place for kids, but he made due, until he tried to steal from the wrong guy. It was a member of the Rejects, a gang for men and women who were shunned by society, for either being freaks, or just plain different. The man wasn't mad at Jason - he seemed amused, in fact, especially when Jason tried to run away, and ended up falling face-first. In the end, Jason was invited to join the gang. There, for the next few years, he learned a lot - about himself, his powers, and life. He even met a girl, Amy, a few years younger than him. They became close, almost like siblings. As Jason became older and more skilled, he began hitting licks with some of the others - smaller stores, mostly. However, as time went by, and he became more confident, Jason began solo robbing bigger places - casinos, department stores, banks. The others couldn't keep up with him, and he felt better if his...risky plays didn't put them in trouble. As time went by, and his successful hits began to grow more well-known, the citizens of New York began to name him Havoc - after the destruction he caused in the post-heist firefights. Though...Jason eventually became too confident. He hadn't expected the National Guard and SWAT units to be waiting for him to enter the bank that fateful day. When what felt like hundreds tazers pierced his flesh, and dozens of men in black Kevlar surrounded his form, Jason knew that it was over. He wasn't scared for himself. No, he was angry at himself, for leaving Amy behind. There was no sappy reasons for his heists - he wasn't trying to fund a sick child's hospital bill, or anything like that. He never considered himself a good person. Maybe he deserved this. Hell, maybe he deserved a lot worse.
