War Update! The Shadow List
A new mechanic for War of the Three will be the Shadow List. As the name would suggest, it is a secretive collection of information that no one person will have full knowledge of, but what does this exactly entail for you, the players?

Secret Upgrades - For those who want to improve their character between rounds, but don't want to leave the mechanics of their trump cards plain to see for all the world to Meta game off of, there is the Shadow List. You can now submit your upgrades in secret to the GMs to make them valid to use without having to be blatantly explained IC beforehand.
No More Unexplained McGuffins - No longer will issue arise over the validity of a sudden power up that coincidentally counters their opponent perfectly. If it is stated on either the IC or the Shadow List, it is a valid, GM approved ability that you can possess. Anything not stated IC or pre-approved on the Shadow List will now be invalidated.
Character Sheet Updates - Now that there have been a few rounds under characters belts, CS's should be updated to reflect their current abilities. Abilities on the Shadow List do not need to be mentioned on the CS until they are revealed IC, whereupon secrecy is no longer necessary.
Optional Character Sheet Update: War Record - Keep a record of your characters accomplishments within the Nexus. Since History will lose relevance as characters progress, a War Record may serve as a more accurate portrayal of your characters story as it is forged in the crucible of war that is the Nexus.

Instructions - How to Use the Shadow List

1) Have a feasible upgrade that merits concealment. This should not be a very frequent circumstance as everyone won't improve that drastically after one round, but when they do it needs to possible. For example, Grafdakka is not likely to secretly develop intense Psionic power and secretly manipulate the battlefield with telepathy and precognition. The Shadow List is not an excuse to have an Everything Proof Shield in your back pocket, but it will help conceal the knife there until you need it.
2) PM your upgrade under the header of "[INSERT NAME HERE]'s Shadow List" to all 3 GMs.
3) Wait for approval. If approved, then your upgrade is deemed valid and present on your character even if it is not blatantly shown IC. Feel free to hint something may have happened to give you this ability, like you've just left a wizard's tower, armory, drank a strange concoction, or were bitten by a radioactive spider, but now you don't have to spell it out to the crowd.
Complete these simple steps and you too can be a sneaky bastard like Miyu, the Revolver Ocelot of the Nexus!
Disclaimer

All upgrades must be submitted and approved before the Intro Post of the following Round. Late submissions will have to wait for the round to end before being applied. These upgrades must make sense in their acquisition and application or they will be rejected.
