Camille is nimble with quick fingers and a quicker mind. She's always calculating her odds, weighing her choices, and knows the value of patience. She's slow to let her opinions be known, preferring instead to hide behind a charming facade and her sharp brown eyes.[/indent]

[indent]Unnoticeablility – Camille has the ability to make herself completely unnoticeable to the people around her. She can be standing right in front of someone and they won't register her presence. If someone touches her in this state, however, they instantly become aware of her.[/indent]
[b]Suggested Containment Procedures:[/b] 
[indent]No method has yet been discovered for knowing when Camille is using her power. To keep her out of prohibited areas it is recommended she wear a tracking anklet capable of administering an electric shock and that corresponding devices be placed at doorways and other openings. Should the devices detect Camille's anklet passing a prohibited threshold, the anklet will deliver an electric shock. It is also recommended that authorized personnel have the ability to remotely administer the shock in case she is supposed to be in a designated area but administration is not able to locate her. In such a situation it is likely Camille is using her power to go unnoticed, and a shock should make it too difficult for her to maintain her power. [/indent]

[b]General History:[/b]
[indent]Despite her youth, Camille has already made quite the name for herself in the international crime community. She was twelve years old when she discovered her powers – how she could pass through the world unnoticed, like a ghost amongst the living. 

Camille's parents had died two years prior. A car crash had claimed their lives, and as they were both immigrants from India, they had no relatives in the US to take care of their six children. Camille and her siblings were scattered through the foster care system. She doesn't know what happened to her brothers and sister. 

Camille eventually ended up in the care of a man who took in kids for tax breaks but did little to actually care for them. He ignored them mostly, only acknowledging them to shout at them to shut up or send them on errands for him. All in all, Camille supposed he could've been worse. But it was her foster siblings who made her life hell. She was small, too smart, and they needed to feel like they had at least [i]some[/i] control in their lives. So they banded together against her.

She ran. And… to her surprise, no one found her. No one could even [i]see[/i] her. Not her foster siblings when they walked past her, not police officers patrolling the streets… not store owners when she took something from their shelves. Camille gradually moved from stealing for survival to stealing for profit. And soon enough she started offering her services to others.
