I'm unclear on a few IC details, I have several questions before I post.

Where is the general IC time? Like is it the beginning of a new school year, or is it the middle/end of one? As I understand it, Ferris is a new student so where should he be, or where should he eventually go?

What is the main plot at right now? Similar to above, what big event is going on? Anything I should know, or Ferris should know before I type up a post and miss a critical detail? (I tend to do that a lot.)
