Some of them had good specified for certain people, such as the wizards or knights, but many others were simple stores with usually the same types of items in stock. Some of them focused on solely food while others were all shoes, or shirts, or just about anything else. The market district was fairly large and people could always find something there, even if they knew that they wanted it or not.
