Well first you will need to find the rules. I don't know for sure if they have a sticky post for the rules in the Arena thread or not.

Once you know the rules you can make an Arena Interest Check post. There you can show what charcter you would like to use and people can post theirs for a challenge.

Alternatively you can look for a post that someone else has made in the Arena Interest Check thread and take their offer.
