If looks could kill you would already be dead. Kira is the picture of a flawless species. She came from a rare breed of genetically modified laboratory creatures. Of course she wasn't created like the originals she was born from the one known as Razor. 
As her breed doesn't exactly age she resembles a girl in her early twenties. Kira is also a shapeshifter, it's her greatest ability one she uses frequently. Thusly her appearance often changes, this includes her species as she can change to any animal. Regularly she always has blue eyes, a sign of perfection and pink hair, a sign of her rebellious, young mind set. 
Her personality can be described as a wild child. She is hot headed and gets her ego from her father. She is curious and loves to tease. Although her fun personality is not to mean to take her lightly she is quite strong and a decent fighter. 
Kira has many powers other than the shapeshifting. She can control energies which would allow her to create something like fire by heating the molecules around her. Kira is fond of her claws or her black bat like wings.
