[@Dusksong] I'm not against a poke-radar(and with her background it makes plenty of sense), nor is there really an issue with having a bike. I think their excuse in game is that it folds up ridiculously well...not sure how much I'd trust a collapsible bike myself. 

As for there not being a signal, the radar probably wouldn't function too well in the eastern half of the region.

I really don't see an issue with your character, feel free to migrate her on over to the CS section.
