And no to Odin's Eye. For one, as I've said before all S-Class characters are freshly promoted but you write Arwen as if he's a veteran S-Class and the eye thing just makes it seem like your trying to say he's OP. Two, even if he does have a huge amount of magical energy, this isn't Bleach. Magical power doesn't act like spiritual pressure and unless the magic is some kind of black magic it doesn't adversely affect anything. Otherwise the Ten Wizard Saints would all have limiters put on themselves. After that we can talk about his history in PM. Make sure to include the Co-GM's cause I'll need their help brainstorming as I haven't figured out a fleshed out background for Anwen yet.
