It all started a few years ago with a civil war that marked the end of the Almora Empire, our characters were part of the Imperial army.
The separatist army crushed the imperial forces just at the gates of the Capital of the Empire, this battle is known as the "Imperial Gate Battle", it's here were you character, lets call her X for now, dies.
 My character and X's husband, a disciple from a powerful warlock, uses the forbidden magic: Necromancy. To bring his wife back to the world of the living. Of course, the Magic Council found out about this, Galard (yup my character) knew that the crime of necromancy was paid with death so she took X and fleed as far away as possible.
 
 The married couple arrived to as small village in the middle of nowhere, at first it looked like a peaceful village, but soon they found out this village is constantly attacked by bandits, and deserters from the different kingdoms, once provinces, that are now fighting against each other for territory. What's more, it seems there are many ruins from different cults in the mountains and tundras and forests nearby that worshiped supernatural entities our characters will have to face.

Galarnis "Galard" Ashbell
 A 26 years old warlock, considered to be a genius by the Magic Council.
Despite his cold looks he is actually a really kind person.
 He used his left arm as sacrifice to revive X

 She was born in a noble family, since young she was taught about politics and warfare. She joined the army when she got 18 and quickly made a name for herself. She married Galard at the ange of 21.
 She was one of the officers leading the defence of the Imperial Capital, where she died when an arrow reached her heart, she was revived by Galard 2 days later.
 People is always surprised of her white-snow skin, this is because she is a walking corpse, though no-one knows their secret.
