[@KoL] Some personal skills do seem to be largely cosmetic, basically just there to emphasize a certain point of the Servants legend. For wrestling and other skill based things though maybe it will work. 

Also you may be able to use it to overtake such things as Phantasmal Beasts, which is very useful.
