The scene is an alien city that has just teleported itself to a futuristic version of Earth. The city is enormous and has displaced the entirety of the Iberian Peninsula (Spain, Portugal), killing all the former inhabitants in the process. The city is under attack, considering all the damage it has caused. A schemer named Merse is responsible for the teleportation.

You can just hop in as a random alien who inhabits Allure City or an Earthling angered by the invasion. Nobody here is particularly picky.
