[@Masaki Haruna] A few things; 

1. As I stated in the Interest Check, a character from Kiri would be either killed, or arrested on sight. So no, you can't be from Kiri. Be born in Konohagakure, please.

2. Summoning arrows using Chakra is very similar to the Chakra arrows technique, which is a B ranked. Meaning you will have to wait until chuunin to be able to do it. 

3. Body Flicker cannot be used in combat cause it is OP. This applies to everybody (I believe Dirty Dan had it in his).

4. I'd like to know why an untrained genin was able to defeat bears in a flash, then wound up passed out. Exactly why. It sounds a little OP.

5. Please take the CS more seriously. Sorry, but 'doesn't undertsand things like porn' in a universe without computers or the internet makes no sense. 'Hakuna Matata' is a saying from a disney movie which doesn't exist. 'Swing schwing swang' is not an acceptable Skill/Abiltiy. 'Weird to Infinity and Beyond!' is a personality trait, not a Skill or an Ability. If you want a reference, please look to Ryu's CS. Please take this more seriously. Else you come off as a joke character simultaneously trying to stress how much of a badass you are. Which just reads 'I wanna be special snowflake like Sasuke.'

So I am going to ask you to please fix those, and take it more seriously. As of right now, I will have to deny your character sheet until these are fixed.
