Yo, a Fallout game in my hometown? I'm definitely in. Think I might swoop up one of those super mutant slots, maybe Providence since they have that whole "Science Thing" going for them... I dunno, we'll see. You mention the Vault 87 and Mariposa mutants but you didn't mention if there were anything new with these "Northern Mutants", if there are any differences.
