Good Morning Meyer's
Living in his little sisters room didn't get easier ... he hated waking up to the powdery pink shade in the morning and her One Direction posters did nothing for him ... His boyfriend was there though, in a small-double bed, beside him, curled on his arm which had now gone dead. Living in a pink powder puff room could be worse, at least he had good company. Leith gently wriggled free and slid out of bed without disturbing anyone. Quietly tip-toeing to the bathroom down the hall grabbing some clothes from one of the boxes in the hall, there wasn't enough room in Bailey's room for a drawer for Leith and Ceren's clothes, so the boxes were stuck in the hall. Still, it beat getting into huge debts with his rent since he lost his flatmates, he didn't like the thought of living all on his own so the company wasn't all that bad. It had hangups though ... no privacy, no space, his moms new boyfriend, Richard, was overbearing and aunt May could be a bit manic from time to time... The mornings were best though, they were quiet compared to the rest of the day. No one else was up this early. He showered and dressed, getting up early meant there wasn't a queue for the bathroom and the water didn't go cold, so he didn't mind at all. He was a bit of an early bird anyway. Dressed and ready, he went downstairs to grab breakfast to find his aunt May was up. What a surprise... "Leith do you have to do that at the breakfast table?" May asked as he wrangled with a contact lens. "Well no, but it's not as if everyones up eating breakfast" he pointed out ... things tended to get ... crowded during meal times when everyone was around. "It just freaks me out watching you poke at your eyeball like that" May frowned, handing Leith a glass of juice. "Thanks Aunt May." he blinked the clear lens into place. "Are you working at Coffee Bean tonight?" she asked. He nodded his head, "Probably, I've got a lot of work to do in the garage anyway." Leith began working in the garage as a teen and they just kept him on, training him up, now he was one of the best in town, he was in popular demand and usually pretty busy at the garage. "Will you tell Ceren I can meet him for lunch today if he wants?" Leith said, he'd check his phone during his break and if Ceren wanted to, he'd drop over to the college campus for lunch. "I'll tell him" May replied, but her tone wasn't exactly elated ... they were still working on things. "Look ... I know you aren't ... enthusiastic about it, but ... I'm glad you accept hi-Us. It really means a lot" Leith said sincerely. Richard's disapproval made things pretty tense, PDA's were pretty much banned when he was around, May seemed to just go quiet. Bailey rolled her eyes and mumbled "gross" but she'd likely have done that if Leith was with a girl anyway. Taron seemed to like Ceren well enough though so it could have been much worse, would have been better if the adults in the house were half as accepting... "I'll be back tonight for dinner" Leith said, finishing off his breakfast and kissing his aunt on the cheek goodbye. "See you tonight" May said, picking up the plates to wash. The others would be getting up later so she'd only have more dishes to do later! Bailey rolled out of bed, oversized One Direction nightdress all crinkled, her blonde hair sticking up at all angles. Leith moving home had its advantages ... He adored her and she took advantage of his wheels, convincing him to drive her places, of course, he also worked, but Ceren had a car too which came in handy. Today she decided she wanted a lift to school, and since Ceren shared her room, she decided he had to share his car. "Wake up" she commanded, launching a pillow at his head. "I want a lift to school after breakfast" she yawned. "Its the least you can do for taking up all this space" she rolled her eyes. She didn't hate Ceren, but she was a teenage girl who didn't have her own space anymore, as far as she was concerned she was entitled to be a bit sassy about her personal space invaders, Ceren and Leith, especially when they wouldn't go to sleep at night because they were talking about something stupid she didn't care about.
