Waking up to an empty bed was unusually common for Ceren lately. He tried not to let it get him down, to weigh too heavily on his mind. He knew the blonde would be home that night, a smile on his face no matter how hard or long his day had been. That was Leith for you though, always being that shining star you could look towards when you were feeling down. Ceren missed him, more so that morning that usual. His steel blue eyes fluttered open, blinking back against the obtrusive light as he found the bed empty, unsurprisingly. The mattress dipped where a muscled body had one lain, sheets crumpled where Leith as been. A soft sigh escaped the dark toned teen as he rolled on to his back to rub the sleep out of his eyes. Not two seconds later he was, rudely, reminded of his second roommate of sorts, Bailey. A nice slap from a pillow to the face and a huffed command to drive her to school was also more common than not for the college student as his eyes, half lidded from sleep, attempting to glare at the blonde girl. "Seriously?" He groaned, more so about having a pillow thrown at him than driving the girl to school. "Fine. Fine. Whatever," he sighed, pushing himself from the bed. His head spun, a severe lack of sleep weighing heavily on his mind. He yawned, arms stretching high above his head. They dropped back to the bed, one hand scrubbing over his buzzed fade as he slipped from the sheets and towards the boxes that contained his and Leith's clothes. Ceren had taken to wearing a tank top and basketball shorts to bed. He felt odd sleeping how he usually would, nothing but boxers, in Bailey's room. He was much older and he sort of felt...exposed by it. It wasn't the most comfortable thing to wear, but this whole situation wasn't exactly comfortable either. It was highly uncomfortable to be quite honest. . Taron groaned as the alarm blared in his ears. His hand fumbled with his bedside table until it slapped onto the annoying black device. Once his room fell into complete silence he sighed in relief, sinking back into his warm sheets. His peace didn't last long though, the morning commotion beginning to start up around the home. The sixteen year old dragged his body from his bed, shuffling off to the bathroom where he found Ceren, already dressed, and brushing their teeth. They shared their usual grunt of a greeting, Taron getting right to brushing his teeth and washing his face. Feeling fresh he headed off to his room before turning quickly. "Oh hey Ren?" He questioned, the tone in his voice telling the older teen that he was about to ask for something. "Yeah?" Ceren asked expectantly. Taron eased on a 'winning' smile, well it worked on the girls so he counted it. "Ride to school?" Ceren heaved a sigh, "Fine. Hurry up I do have class you know!" He called after the younger male as he'd already ran off to his room as soon as Ceren approved. The dark teen rolled his eyes before checking himself over in the mirror. He wore a plain black vneck and faded fitted jeans. Good enough. Ceren bounded down the stairs, pausing when he saw May and Merideth in the kitchen. He still didn't feel quite at home here. He was painfully aware of both women's feelings towards his relationship, although they were much nicer about it than his own family. He did still try and avoid being alone with them too often. "Hey," he greeted, being as civil as possible. "Uh, Taron and Bailey are up," he informed, hands slipping into his pockets, as he chewed on his bottom lip, a nervous quirk he'd never quite gotten rid of.
