Ah, well for the data recovery if the disks are atleast usable and can spin and read and or write, I think you should be able to transfer the data to another hard drive. I don't believe it's that difficult and they have other means to do so, I just have yet to need to do anything like that. Therefore I cannot explain it in detail.

That does explain that a bit more, always good to have information.
