Hey [@Crimson Raven], I believe I might have misinterpreted your most recent request.  I thought that you were thinking about making a post anyway, but it has been brought to my attention that you might have been referring to making a new character to fill the slot, anyway.  My approval was of posting without a fourth member on the team, not making a new character.  If that other situation was what you were referring to, then I must rescind my approval.  At this time I don't want players to be making extra characters; only ones that existed before I decided to impose the limit.
