I'll switch that format for you, no problem. That style is just how I paint out my ideas.

Uni -  雲丹 refers to sea urchins which in most media are a dark purple or black, small, prickly and dangerous. Just like Uni.
And ダいぼろう is just that, a last name with no real meaning. I don't it really matters that much in most media.
