Using western order for the Romanisation (Himeko Fuyuu) is fine, but East Asian names in character form always remain in eastern order.

Wikipedia uses the western order, as seen [url=https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Junichiro_Koizumi]here[/url], but they always use the eastern order too: (小泉 純一郎 Koizumi Jun'ichirō?). Changing the order basically changes how the name is written (and sometimes gets rid of some jokes that can be made too, such as I did with Hyoukyo).
