In the past, I have had 'Always Open' RPs, eventually the number of players just becomes too much and it's very hard to one accomplish anything and two challenge the cast because there's so many of them. So by limiting the cast number I'm aiming to ensure you guys get the best experience you can. Now that said it also does help with rejecting people as I really do hate saying no lol
