[@Sho Minazuki][@EnterTheHero] Upon seeing with his own eyes the results of his strategy, Akoni could not help but grin ever so slightly. A portion of the creature's flesh rotted away, as though age had caught up to it, all thanks to a single eye puncture. The path forward was a clear one, and it seemed that this thing had no real defense beyond summoning its minions, making it an easy kill. Speaking of the minions, Akoni dodged out of the way of a clumsy skeleton, backhanding its jaw and sweeping its legs so the frail body collapsed onto the ground. Another came from the side, but found itself suddenly falling from the ceiling as it charged through a freshly opened gateway. These infernal things threatened to overrun them if they paid so little attention, and that blasted angel was still far behind dealing with the larger army. Akoni could only count on one ally for this fight. Luckily, one would be more than sufficient. Overkill, really. "Thin out the herd," he ordered to Silas in a tone that sounded very much like a firm suggestion. "I will silence the bells." Just like that two gates appeared before Akoni, the exits appearing above the creature. His devil arm, the Lammasu gauntlets, shapeshifted to include a single long blade designed purely for puncturing. Grounding himself in his position, Akoni began to unleash a small, short flurry of blows through the gates, punching his fist in each one, aiming to stab the Lammasu into the monster's eyes one by one. With every blow, the exit gates would vanish then reappear in a slightly different location. Punch punch, stab stab the old wizard attacked relentlessly! Such a tactic should prove marvelous against the creature, but left him open to attack from the myriad of skeletal beings. For this assault he placed his trust in Silas, in the Lumen Sage, and hoped that the Sage would not let him down. As frail and weak as skeletons were, Akoni was still an old man with no magic designed to enhance his physical body. All it would take from those things was one solid hit, and he gave them a perfect opening to do so. Silas, do not let me down.
