Those were nice times but things are much better now."[/color] He couldn't help but think about Claudia and he walked over to the window and opened it. He picked up the scent of Piper, Lukas and Claudia but there was another scent and it automatically made Alex's fangs drop in anger. He ran outside and into the woods. 

Alex ran towards Claudia using her scent as a guide. He didn't like the thought of that snake oil salesman anywhere near his mate. He heard Piper howl. It was a panicked howl and Lukas's came right away n answer. Alex knew that Claudia would have stayed close to the others that she knew were family, he hoped. He ran in that direction. Alex swore if he got there and Xavier or his wolves had hurt Claudia he would kill them all.
