LOL She's just sick of all the Bunker food because it was so bland and likely contained a fair amount of fake meat. As an Action Star and Athlete she is a High Maintenance, High Protein type of physiology and is likely even suffering from vitamin level deficiency;  think of her as a person coming off an imposed diet that they didn’t enjoy. Her eyes are bigger than her stomach as the saying goes
