[@luckyblackcat] well there is an option of doubles on pokemon showdown, so there's that, but if we're going to let writers control their own story then it can go however they want. All we have to do is figure out the gym leader's line up. 

The sisters sound more like characters that way xD if you're going to make them and characterize them as judges, I don't think it'd be too weird to let you run the gym/contest in that area. After all, you made the area and control the mission board. But, I think we should limit it to either a gym or a contest hall for towns, as towns are probably not that busy? Maybe both for cities as they're larger? Scale to be worked out.
