Unfortunately there's not a lot I can suggest, since issues of writer's block and general motivation are a very personal issue. I've seen far too many writers give up on their projects when they don't even have to deal with the type of workload hurdle I've got to overcome.

On my end, I don't suffer from writer's block or motivation issues at all -- the backlog of notes I need to recover and sort is legitimately the only barrier between me and actually writing my story. I'd easily have novels worth of content written within days if it wasn't for that problem.
