Chance stood in the line- at least this seemed like the line... people were signing up here so it was most likely right. As Ruby began he'd turn and then quickly turn away. God, such a flash outfit... he could barely stand it but he remained calm and positive. Rivals. Nope. Nope. Nope. There's definitely no way he was going to like this person now. Even if he was signing up for a competition he just couldn't handle that word. He hated it, more than almost any other word. Rivals. Hopefully... this will be a friendly competition.

Blitzy, the shiny little skitty waved her little red tail around before jumping off his head and into Chances arms, meowing softly... at least his Pokemon knew how to cheer him up. Okay geez after that thought came to mind he realized how lonely he was here... he didn't know anyone from the city.
