Hmmm, perhaps some AUC Expert contractors to oversee the extraction process then? Somalia has some rather delicious deposits I shall require. We can figure out something mutually beneficial to share in the above items I trust. We have little interest in the mining industry beyond getting the resources we desire, so perhaps the promise of future mining rights for things you may not have... copper? silver? Maybe access to some petroleum?  Idk, something I'm sure.

Ah yes, well I shall certainly [s]flesh out[/s] review details on Sicilian and Corsican population centers to see if such would be possible. I believe the majority of the old island infrastructure still stands though some may have been demolished to make way for the Paradise Solution zone and various vertical agricultural structures. Said wealthier types tend to live there.
