I updated Sangue and Apophis in the Char tab!

Sangue has a lot of minor tweaks made to her CS in general, most notably to her Personality and Weapons. She also has a new description for her new weapon, The Apophis Arm, and has a new "Misc." category at the bottom of her CS! She also has a new theme! (Thanks to [@Silvan Haven] for giving me the idea :D)

Apophis has a new "Weapon Artifacts" category and some minor tweaks to his CS such as clearer descriptions and etc. He also has a new theme!
