I think it would be easier to give you a list of things I won't allow. Nothing that can be easily OP is allowed such as:

kinetic energy manipulation pretty much anything energy is out
power copying including mimicry
anything magic 
mind control
no possession of anyone else's bodies, etc

there are others but I can't think of them right now. Please look at other things.
