Honestly I couldn't imagine myself not being like this lel I hate it, but I love it more. As for the looks and stuff, I'm gonna assume you mean personality or whatever by "inside a person" since that's what most people mean when they say that. I'm just as ugly on the inside as I am outside. Maybe even more lel if that's not what you mean, then I don't know
