I don't see an immediate issue with how it's presented. If you'd like, I can send you (either by PM or here) a list of what I usually consider 'default profile information' that character sheets generally should have. I'm not talking about things like personality or history, since some GMs prefer not to have that information (even if I prefer it), but rather basic bio information.
