[@Phase Transit]Anyone who has displayed abilities, or has skills on level with Hercules, Gilgamesh, or let's say Thor is not allowed. I don't want uber heroes to take front and center at the start of the roleplay. Taking Romulus for example I'd say maybe he'd be allowed he seems like a Lancer type character and would have a potent spear ultimate move.
