Priscilla was bumped off her team when her player left and Bianca joined the team. I assume you're referring to the new wave of applicants that has been joining within the last few months? In that case, no, this happened probably 3-5 months ago. 

Snow is frustruated becaused this is the third time this question or one similar to it involving JCBL/JCPL were asked within the past month. It can be frustrusating, and I assume you'd be frustruated as well if a co-gm was constantly questioning where Sapphire was in the main cast or her roll.
