I'm kind of detail oriented so I may or may not have mathematically calculated approximately how many people she should have killed by that age, assuming crime rates expanded proportionally to population, that she killed only specific kinds of criminals, and only when she had the free time to do so, the total came up to 433.333 so I just rounded down because it's slightly less frightening.
