That's some pretty big conclusions you're jumping to there Seraph. Just because you've been taken off the team doesn't mean you're kicked out of the school. Look at the other plays who's characters were "taken" from their team and placed into others. Pricilla effectively has been exchanged from her position in her pervious team and placed into a nondescript npc team that we aren't going to focus on ic. Hence why she's still and npc.

Now like many things, it ultimately doesn't matter side from a select few like Robert and maybe Pricilla's old team members. There's no harm in letting her be an npc since it's not like she's vital to overall plots or events ic, and it gives anyone interested a tool to use for themselves if they need it. Maybe Robert needs to angst over Pricilla, maybe Gren needs familiar faces to eat his BBQ, or whatever. 

Tl;dr version, Pricilla is still an NPC because who gives a shit? It's not a problem. Don't make it a problem.
