Gredy sighed as he sat down on the floor, crossing his legs as he looked at Chris the Cyndaquil with a thoughtful expression. He wanted to help but he didn't want to say or do the wrong thing and make things worse. Still he had to say something... Not feeling confident enough to try physically touching Chris in order to provide some kind of comfort (largely because after what Chris had just been through, human contact might be the last thing he wanted), Gredy decided to answer honestly. "I doubt it was anything that you actually did. From the looks of it, he was throwing you under the bus in order to cheat his way to controlling a pokemon he hasn't earned the right to own, let alone the ability to command. That is a problem with him, not you..." Glancing in the direaction that said 'trainer' had headed off in, Gredy muttered softly just loud enough for Chris to hear "I suspect it'll bite him in the end..." Shaking his head a little as he turned back to the Cyndaquil before offering the small boy a smile. "Well... your 'trainer' did give you to me, but since his opinion is worth less then dirt to me, would you like to partner up with me?" [@Holy Soldier]
