By that, I of course mean when would the tiny signs start showing up. In Robert's case, would he start hear the vague murmurings of thoughts in his mind on perhaps the second day or the third day or what?

Need electric person I think. Actually, we don't need an actual character to maintain the electricity, we can make it an NPC. And then later on, if someone wants to take that NPC and turn it into a character, they can.

Same with the commander :D
