The size of the flamethrower and its power were slowly diminishing as a result. He took a direct hit by the Alien's last attack and was knocked away across the other side of the street. A mailbox put a sudden stop to his momentum and left behind a large dent into it upon impact, yet remained it welded to the concrete. It was a good thing he was still in Solar Drive, otherwise it would've done more harm to his back without the physical boost. Thankfully, the damage he caused was just enough to weaken the Alien before his sendoff and allowed the others to finish it off. Solar Drive faded away shortly after he collided with the mailbox and covered Evan with scattered first degree burns on his body, the large sized ones were mainly on his arms and feet. This normally happens whenever he releases Solar Drive, so it was to be expected. He was already used to the burning pain and had very little reaction to it. Exhausted, he watched the Alien being finished off by an elevator, just where did hell did that come from? Either way, with the Alien dead he decided not to question it and just accepted the outcome. Finally, this time it's over. Need to get water... He thought. There was a full bottle of water which rolled next to his legs, it most likely came from the gas station. For some reason it was sticky, like if soda was spilled onto it. Well, it didn't matter, he took the water and poured some of it on his burns feeling a little bit of relief.
