Lucian was taking a risk here and he knew it, getting close to a fighting type was never a good idea, but with houndour being affected by the flash he needed to get up close to him to assure a hit. After being given his orders, houndor ,rather gingerly, began his roll to safety with his eyes focused on the fighting type and his legs preparing to pounce onto it when he was close enough.
