Besides, the reporters were getting closer and he'd rather not deal with them when he needed to get to class. He looked towards Sunshine who had burned up because of his use of his power. Shindo knew a lot about Sunshine since in the rare times he actually talked to the media, they would pepper him with questions on how he's thinking of passing the Rank 1 Hero in the Class B. He holds him in high regard though as he's been under him in ranking for quite some time now. He turned around and was about to get out of there when he heard a voice, "Hey Flash Forward!" Shindo stopped and then turned to look at the boy. He would be a fool to ignore such a person. "Can you sign this!? It's my very first collectible card!" He then showed the card with Shindo's first half-assed hero costume that was composed of a black mask and a black jacket. Oh man, that was quite nostalgic though. That was when he didn't have much of a budget yet. "Sure kiddo." Shindo replied. Though the boy can't see his mouth because of the half-mask, he was definitely smiling. Okay, he didn't like attention that much. But kids like this really makes him smile. He took out a moss green colored marker and then signed the blank part of the card. The sign was 'FF' with an intricate background as to assure no one can forge it with their own hand. "And there." He said once he was done and then gave the card back. "Thanks!" Shindo was about to turn around to run back to school when the boy asked another question, "I asked Ventus this but do you know my brother Mrs. Pickles?" The hooded hero looked back at the kid. "Kind of. Never talked to him but did work with him earlier." Shindo admitted before rubbing the back of his head which was just the cloth of the hood of his jacket. "I think he's a pretty cool guy, even if I didn't see him most of the battle. Tell him he did a good job." While he wasn't sure of what the guy did exactly, he guessed that he had something to do with the defeat of the alien. He made a mental note to apologize to him for thinking he was just an ordinary citizen. The reporters had been busy with the other higher ranking heroes, but now they seemed to have finally noticed him there. "Crap." He muttered under his breath before looking at Chuck one last time, "What's your name kid?" "Chuck." The kid replied and Shindo nodded. "Well Chuck, see you next time. Gotta dash." Shindo said with a nod before he turned into a literal blur and a second later, he had disappeared leaving the media quite disappointed. Again, he never liked the media for one reason or another. But his main reason would have been that he didn't want to get any more famous than he was. He still needed to find her. Yumi. He took out his phone and then dialled his friend from school, Eric. He was one of the few people who knew about him being a hero. He explained what had happened and Eric assured him that he had opened the window since their class was on the first floor. His school bag was also there so the only thing he needed to do was change out of his hero costume. Good. Shindo headed back for his locker and then changed quickly into his school uniform. He looked at the time. Two minutes. He sped off and he got into the garden where he got the call. He continued on until he finally spotted the open window to his classroom. He considerably slowed down and then vaulted over the window to get inside. He quickly shoved his hero outfit inside his bag when the other students noticed him. But they had gotten used to him getting back at such small time frames so they didn't really question it. They just ruled him off as this weird guy who probably fell asleep somewhere. Eric patted Shindo's back and gave him a goofy grin. "You're really cutting it close this time FF." Eric muttered, just enough for Shindo to hear. He gave him a glare but before he could speak, the teacher came in. They all sat down and then the class started. Though Shindo was pretty distracted, thinking what was happening in the other cities. Hopefully City K's and City T's heroes were doing a good job in defeating their own respective aliens. It would be bad if they moved to other cities because the heroes didn't defeat them in time. It would be bad if he was called in the middle of a class since he'd have to make up an excuse to get out of class. It would just be swell if he revealed his hero identity and use that as an excuse, but he'd rather not. They either wouldn't believe him or it would become a hassle to deal with. He was keeping his identity secret for a reason after all. He kept spinning his pencil as he absentmindedly attempted to actually pick something up from the lesson the teacher was teaching.
