"I'm okay with the kelp and seaweed in the ocean, the air pods are fun to pop, but weeds in murky water sound terrifying."  She walked with the others then noticed Valencia's gaze at the black hawk on James's shoulder.  She had never seen any bird like that, but everything was a first.  When James introduced the bird as Neric, Helena assumed Neric was James's power.  "Oh, hello Neric, nice to meet you.  Your eyes are really cool."  The girl then moved beside James and said, "Sorry, I don't think we've really gotten to talk yet.  I'm Helena, you're James, right?"
